Art History Beer Pairing Dinner

We're kicking off our Beer Dinner Season with our friends at Art History Brewing!
Enjoy 3 perfectly paired courses, something sweet at some brewery swag to take home.

Course 1 - Krausen
(American Lager. Naturally carbonated through the Kräusening process - adding a small amount of vigorously fermenting lager beer to a larger amount of lager beer that has just finished fermenting. Brewing process used by German brewers centuries ago.)
MacRib Slider and Shrimp Egg Roll
Smoked pork patty on a brioche bun with slaw and house BBQ sauce served alongside an egg roll filled with shrimp, slaw and chilis with pineapple sweet and sour sauce.

Course 2 - Good Night Bamberg
(Rauchbier - Beechwood smoked malt from Bamberg makes up 40% of the grist bill along with Caramunich malt and Hersbrucker hops.)
Smoked Sausage and Pickley Cream Cheese
House made beef and pork sausage served with cream cheese whipped with pickles, pickled onion and pickled jalapenos and rye toast points.

Course 3 - Small Batch Wee Heavy
(Brewed in collaboration with Sidecar and The Publican. Rich and malty with layers of toffee, caramel and dark fruit. Roasted dryness and warming on the finish.)
Braised Beef and Gruyere Mac + Cheese
Braised beef chuck and cavatapi noodles in a creamy gruyere mornaise, baked with horseradish bread crumbs and served with a tomato salad.
